Wondering what to expect in your first coaching session?
Each session is 60 minutes in length.
In the first session we will outline your goals and what is holding you back from achieving them.
We will work together to develop a plan to break through limiting beliefs and move into who you can BE in order to get what you want.
As time goes on, we will continue to work through anything that comes up for you (time scarcity, negative belief systems, fear of what others think, etc) until you get to a place where you know that you are MORE THAN CAPABLE of getting what you truly desire in life!
